Corporate Giving at BCBSAZ
As a local company for 68 years, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona takes our commitment
to Arizona seriously. We pride ourselves in aligning our success with the success
of the communities we serve.
Every year we are honored to support many worthwhile charities and organizations
through the contributions, talents and resources of our employees. We encourage
our employees to volunteer, and our employees answer that call with their support
of more than 200 organizations through volunteer, board and committee positions.
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona makes it a point to work with organizations that
share a similar mission, striving toward enhancing the quality of life for their
community and all Arizonans.
To be considered for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona sponsorship or funding, please
fill out the Corporate Giving Program Request Form. This form will assist us in
managing our available community support resources by providing us with information
to evaluate requests from the many worthwhile causes asking for our support.
Our corporate giving is focused on the initiatives listed below:
- Arts and cultural programs
- Economic development and civic initiatives
- Youth and education
- Health, wellness and human services initiatives
